Exchange Policy

There shall be strictly no refund or changes to the order once payment is confirmed. However, we will accept exchanges for the following conditions.

1. Wrong Item

If you have received a wrong item, please contact us at hello@amightymum.com with the relevant details within 3 days of receiving your order. We will advise on the next steps for redelivery of the correct item in exchange for the wrong item delivered. 

The item needs to be unused and in brand new condition, with packaging intact and the original labels (if any) attached to be eligible for an exchange.

If an exchange is granted, we will bear all return shipping costs and arrange courier to pick up the item.

2. Defective or Damaged Product

Although every item went through thorough quality checks, it is possible that we may have missed something. Please take photos and email it to hello@amightymum.com within 3 days of receiving your item.

We will assess the defects on a case to case basis and offer an exchange within 30 days of your purchase if eligible. 

If an exchange is granted, we will bear all return shipping costs and arrange courier to pick up the item.

3. Wrong Size

If you have ordered a wrong size, we allow for a one-time exchange to another size of your choice. Please contact us at hello@amightymum.com with the relevant details within 3 days of receiving your order. 

The item needs to be unused and in brand new condition, with packaging intact and the original labels (if any) attached to be eligible for an exchange.

All shipping costs for redelivery and return (for wrong size exchanges only) will be borne by you. We will advise on the costs to be paid separately.

Exchange Procedure

Our promise to replace the item does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect, misuse and shipping transit. If the items display signs of normal wear and tear, we will not be able to provide an exchange.

We will send out the replacement item immediately (if available) upon receiving the return. If the replacement item is no longer available, we will provide a refund in store credits for the purchase price of your item. 

Depending on circumstances, the final decision to replace or refund you for the product will be at our sole discretion.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for all items on sale.
